Overview:
Ripples is a sci-fi visual novel that centers around a guy named Jack. He reunites with his good friend Darci and sets off to school like any other day, but as the day goes on, he learns new information about his deceased father that has him questioning the truth about his death. Reminder: This visual novel is still in development, and there is still much more story to come, and what I consider the best parts. Yeah finished real fast no spoilers but almost 11gb I just don't see where it went yes animations smooth I like that but not 11gb worth that's for sure need free room so you can travel and go wherever you want you want try that girl fine go for it then the other and so on not a fan on just pressing right side no freedom whatsoever but yes game was solid 7/10 cant lie.. will I be continuing nope but high respect for developer did good job

I just downloaded this game to play it so I was curious about the route system? Can I do multiple routes at once or do I just stick to a certain route like if I want to pursue Tiffany more how would that work it's when you explain to me

Buddy I don't know how to tell you this, but if you look at the release dates for previous episodes, you'll notice a trend. It's taken a year for the past few episodes, and the latest episode released this summer. Do you follow?
Oh, I know. I saw the release date patterns. It was more of a way to show my love for the game and also hoping for a possible answer if there was one. But as any good fan, I'll wait and check often until the new update drops. Can't wait until then!

Kind of needs to happen with Gilmour AND Gabby, the latter should be especially happy with us, since we saved her, we REALLY need to get in with 1999 Gabby.
That way we can continue with the mother/daughter thing.... we get in with Scarlett when she is a young hot ingenue, 20 years later we get in with Alyssa when she is the same... and hopefull we'll get there with Alison too.
We get in with ... K something... lady in the Jewellery store... when she is a young hot thing... and then with her daughter.. well technically her daughter, first... K something, who is Darci's BFF.
We ALMOST get with Skylar's mom... Luna... and we almost certainly WILL, when she is a young hot ingenue... and we get with her daughter 20 years later when she is young and hot... but no an ingenue because she is a bad girl, such hot sexy bad girl :P
So obviously we have to get with Gabby, when she is hot geek ingenue... so when get some action from Darci again, it continues the will the of the universe that says we MUST, for the glory of... something.... get with mom, and then with daughter 20 years later.
But with Darci, her grammy is a gilf-AF mature hottie... whom we must ALSO get with, for balance and harmony, I say. Three generations of cultural enrichment is better than two even :)P

Man, I just played it for the first time, just finished Ep8. Some tears were shed during the scene in the woods with Jenny. I really can't wait to see what happens next. I want to know if he managed to change something in 2019.
Well we shall see- I mean time travel is complicated. So many rules and what-not so idk it may be minor changes or nothing at all

I tried this game about two years ago and loved it and intend to get it on steam once its released, as i prefer the full experience. But i have seen discussions that imply that this game will end up as an incest thing. Is that true or if you don't want to answer that can you at least say if it could be disabled?
Well you travel back in time, occasionally banging women - but there's always the option to pull out so it's nothing that is forced on you
So, it's about as incestious as Back to the Future

its really good but an episode a year almost feels like its just gonna stop and dissapear really looking forward for more but it seems like it will end up another on the long list of enjoyed but never finished
This game is really good, love it, loved all the funny moments also, good story, hope for another update also. I hope we get to talk to Luna to explain things, since she's clearly scared of the MC still.
Just fired up this gem again after some time - dude, the default settings are goddamn awful. What happened? Why?
I mean, the music is awfully loud, the controls are missing and hidden, dafuq?
I can pop them back in alright but only because I know my way around renpy games.
Can understand why someone would prefer the UI to be gone but leave it up to them, don't disable them by default.
But yea that's just like.... you know... my opinion man ;)

I've had this game on my AVN todo list for a while now, and I finally got around to starting it the other day. Holy hell, I should not have waited so long! This is easily among my top three favorites now. Echoing earlier comments, the writing is phenomenal. Every character feels unique, which is hard to accomplish in a cast this large. Darci has absolutely perfect chaos gremlin energy, and I cheer every time she makes someone regret underestimating her. I can hardly wait to see what comes in the next episode.
What is the difference between the compressed and uncompressed versions for Android? 😊

Going thru the gallery, I've found all but 2 of the renders.
Can you help me locate the 1st render, where the trigger is reported to be in episode 3, on the wall in the classroom? I've been thru the episode 3 classroom frames, but I keep missing it...
Never mind - I finally found it! The trigger is on the bulletin board calendar, on the block for Thursday the 5th. It appears when Alice first enters the frame.

I somehow accidentally enabled self-voicing on mobile and I can only disable it when pressing 'v' though I don't have a keyboard

Ever thought about making a 90's style montage using the Ai song "Our Last Night"? would literally be perfect for opening ending or main menu idle
It's only been months and I'm already having withdrawal symptoms after finishing Ep. 8. This one's one of the better visual novels I've played and it sucks that there's still quite some time before the next update release. Still waiting though. The quality of the scenes, the writing and the plot twists are quite a delight between each update.
play New Horizon or Eternum while you wait
I second this! If you haven't played Eternum, I envy you. I wish I could go back and play both Ripples and Eternum for the first time. Actual 10/10 games and by far and away the best VNs in existence!

Eternum is great, but unfinished and feels like its been a minute since I heard any news. Maybe there is some on his other socials, but I dont do other socials. There better be more... we finally got to the Elf Smoo holy lands, and I want them... all of them... all the Elves.. well lady Elves.....and I have heard nothing about it. It is surely a fantastic game... but every game of that kind is made better with Elf pusspuss. It is the rule of all portal fantasy, be it Japanese Isekai Anime or indie AVNs or anything in between. Your harem is not complete without at least one, possibly three, Elf girls!!!!
I was so excited.... but it has been SO LONG. I would not recommend anyone play it until the NEXT update.... to avoid the agony of finding heaven, and then having the dream end!!!!!

You dont Isekai'd without Elf Pusspuss... that is the ONLY reason to get Isekai'd even if it is just 'Full Dive" Pseudo-Isekai.
In fact, when it is Full-Dive VR MMO-Pseudo Isekai... you have a choice... and the only reason you make that choice, is the Elf Princess/Neko FBB/Bunny Girl/Sexy Sorceress Harem potential!
The MC of Etermun might not say so, he might have other reasons, he might have a mystery to solve..... but he is definitely doing if for Elf Bitches too... even if the dev/writer says not... the Rules of the Portal Fantasy, as determined by God, Gods, or Fate, are absolute, and that is the absolute first of them.
Everyone knows this, duh.
Before episode 8 got released, I stopped at episode 5.

There needs to be a "Darci's Ninja Nonsense" game for what she gets up to during Chapter 7. It would be a hell of a fun time!

Excellent story, I finished EP. 8. To me when you add that girl things the end, you brought a very interesting angle on the story of the missing daughter. Bar none, this is one of the better AVN's I've played.
