It has to be a save from the remaster or newer(v4.6). I had a lot of code changes and features added in rework and it broke save. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This game was and has continued to be amazing, in both content as well as in art for the entire time I've played it. I'm relatively recent to playing it and came in when it was already at 4.5. Thank you for creating such a masterpiece!
That cliffhanger ugh! I want to keep playing but there's nothing to play. Also I'm almost certain that the numbers Skylar sent was a encrypted message. However it makes no sense when placed into a substitution cipher.
The remaster is included with ep5. If you've played before, you have to use saves from the remaster. Older saves won't work and you'll have to start a new game.
This game really is getting together like a fine masterpiece. Started playing it on episode 3. Replayed it all for the remaster and completed episode 5. Humour is really good, characters are super lovable in their own way, Darci and MC interactions are always funny as hell! I'm loving where the story is going, and mystery keeps piling up from episode to episode!

The animations are surprisingly smooth and fit well with the dialogue. Not to mention the music that just adds that much more to the game. Well done 20/10 keep it up, I'm extremely excited for full release. To anyone who is reading this please, please support this creator on Patreon. The author deserves it. My only real critic is the occasional misspelling of dialogue, however that's to be expected as it's still in demo.

The best game I played so far! From graphics to plot, everything is on top! But I believe it will be much better when its finished: right now it looks like your choices don't influence the story.
It would be nice to have at least choices like: "refuse to help this mysterious man and don't go to the power plant (for the envelope)", that leads to a bad (or whatever Jestur plans about it) ending fast.
Also, I think it would be better if the MC doesn't even check for the morning Skylar message (at the beginning of the chapter 4 if I remember correctly). Otherwise it looks strange that he knows about it but never reads it during a boring one hour-long way to the power plant.
But these are just minor things, and I want Jestur to finish the game as soon as possible, so, don't spend time on this :)
good game! but a few mess ups here and there. what i like in a game is the ability to keep a secret and not keep a secret. for example, the power plant. i prefer one man missions in visual novels. desert stalker does that very well. bro was spilling secrets like crazy to darci.
By the end of episode 4, you need to get caught by the guards. You can't leave the powerplant. Keep going left and right until you find a dark corridor. That means you will be caught and you will have an extra scene. Don't worry, it won't affect your progression. Its good to be caught there.
Damn boi this was a roller coaster of emotions but still gonna be expecting that next update whenever that is, Keep grinding Jestur fam really do love the things you are making here :D

It has to be saves from v04.6, or else they won't work. There were a lot of code changes and features added in the remaster that render saves borked.
If they still are not working, and you are using saves from the remaster, stop by the discord and I will explain how to manually transfer those saves.
they were from the old ones i just got used to automatic, but i did manually transfer them
